Fees


Fees vary from event to event and with additional activities in which you wish to participate. The base rate is $250 per person for event, accommodation and meal, minimum 2 persons per vehicle. Children under 12 are free if they sleep in the same room. Minors from 12 to 16 are half price if they sleep in the same room.

We partner with superior rated hotels and bed and breakfast establishments. Food prices do not include charges for alcoholic beverages, tips, or special dietary requirements. Additional charges may apply for additional activities including, but not limited to, fishing, kayaking, rafting, ballooning, or skiing. Fishing or hunting require state issued licenses. Please make certain that you are in possession of a valid license for these events.

Several events are held in areas adjacent to Wilderness Areas. If you wish to hike into these areas, a permit is required and should be obtained in advance. (We can help you get a permit if requested in advance.) Remember that no vehicles are permitted in designated Wilderness Areas.

4-PLAY and AGONIC are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle. The possibility is always present for minor body and paint damage and "country pinstriping". We will use our best efforts to avoid vehicle damage but the driver is solely responsible for the operation of his/her vehicle. These events are not races. Excessive speed is the single largest contributor to vehicle damage. We will assist any vehicle owner with mechanical problems unless, in our sole determination, they are due to deferred maintenance.

All participants are required to sign our liability release, unless a minor in which case the parent or guardian must sign for them.
